Happy New Year! We hope you and your family had a most wonderful Christmas Holiday season. 

 

At this time, we have re-evaluated our mask policy as we begin 2022. The health and safety of our students, their families and our faculty/staff is of the utmost importance. Sheffield Dance is fully committed to your overall well being. 

 

Due to the exponential spread of Covid-Omicron in Mobile & Baldwin counties, we are RE-INSTATING OUR MASK MANDATE at all 3 Sheffield locations. This mask mandate will be assessed at the end of January and any updates or changes will be emailed out as we monitor and navigate through the current surge. 

 

HEALTH REMINDER

 

If you or your student are showcasing any symptoms / tested positive for Covid or have been in contact with any person who has tested positive, we kindly ask that you do not attend for the safety and health of all.

STUDENT MASK MANDATE - January 2022

 

• Ages 3-4 combo classes - masks optional

• Ages 5-6 combo classes - masks optional

• Levels I / II, III, IV, V, Int/Adv, Pre-Pro - MASKS REQUIRED*

 

STUDENTS - 2 VIP POLICIES

 

1.  Students MUST SUPPLY THEIR OWN MASK FROM HOME.

 

2.  Masks are to be worn at ALL TIMES when entering/exiting the building, during and in between classes.

 

 

*UPDATED - PARENT / GUARDIAN POLICIES - January 2022

 

Due to the widespread cases of Covid-Omicron, we will be LIMITING the number of patrons inside of our studio buildings to further mitigate any potential spread.

 

1. NEW! - Students 6 & under - *ONE parent/guardian will be permitted to enter the building for drop off ONLY - no waiting inside during classes. You may return for the last 5 minutes to pick up your dancer(s). 

IMPORTANT! Masks are REQUIRED for ALL parents/guardians entering or exiting the studio for drop off & pick up. 

 

1. NEW! - Students 7 & over - NO parents/guardians will be permitted inside the studio building for limited capacity and mitigation. You may drop off / pick up your child at the front entrance of the studio. Our office staff will assist students as they enter / exit the building. 

 

We greatly appreciate your understanding and cooperation. Our goal is to keep Sheffield School of the Dance a safe space for everyone and to REMAIN OPEN with IN-PERSON CLASSES so our students may continue on their dance journey!
